For dry/broken hair: Massage a few drops of oil into the hair. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Shampoo gently to remove any excess. For brittle/painful/dry nails: Massage a few drops of argan oil into the cuticle (skin around the nail) and the nail itself. Leave on for 5-10 minutes.
