The Chuck Hughes 4.75L dutch oven is a tri-ply stainless steel with induction bottom and a tight-fitting tempered glass lid. The 2.5mm tri-ply stainless steel has an aluminum core throughout for quick and even heat distribution. Suitable for all stovetops including gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and induction.
- This collection is oven safe to 230°C/440°F
- Lids are safe to 180°C/350°F
- Items with non-stick coatings 220°C/420°F
- Do not leave cookware on heating element without food or liquid
- Direct application of salt to cookware can cause pitting. Add salt after ingredients are placed in the cookware
- Acidic products such as tomatoes and saline solutions can be corrosive and should not be stored in cookware
