Our Marshmallow Root herbal tea is a premium 100% natural herbal tea. It is traditionally used in phytotherapy as an emollient and softener to help soothe irritation of the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestinal tract. Use Filter and warm before drinking (if desired), 1 to 5 times a day, as needed. For best results, place sachets in cold water and infuse for 30 minutes. Adult (oral): 2 sachets, 1 to 5 times a day. Iced herbal tea Place one sachet in a cup, pour in 1/3 hot water and leave to infuse for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove sachet. Fill cup with ice cubes. Stir. Enjoy!
