Use RECOMMENDED USES Milk thistle is generally recognized for : Its traditional use as a liver protector; Helping to support liver function; Helping to relieve digestive disorders; Helping to relieve hangovers. RECOMMENDED DOSE Children and adolescents (1 to 17 years): Consult a health care practitioner. Adults (18 years and older): 1 tablespoon (15 ml), 2 times daily. *May be diluted in a glass of water or juice. DURATION OF USE For use over 3 months, consult a health care practitioner. To avoid contamination of the product, do not drink from the bottle. Consume within four weeks of opening. Composition MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS Milk thistle, fruit (Sylibum marianum), 3030 mg dry plant (contained in 10 g extract 1:3.3). NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS Water by reverse osmosis, vegetable glycerin, citric acid, alcohol, orange oil. Each 10 ml contains 3.5 ml of alcohol. * No dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast or corn products.
