A concentrated blend of green food powders, herbs, extracts, cruciferous vegetables, sea vegetables, phytonutrients and whole grain vegetable oils to be taken daily with water or protein smoothie for the maintenance of good health.  Use RECOMMENDED USES Provides antioxidants that help fight and protect cells from the oxidative effects of free radicals. RECOMMENDED DOSE Adult (oral): 1-2 doses, once daily. Mix the product well in 400ml of liquid (water, juice, etc) and consume with food or a meal.
