The "HIGHLINER" is fitted with welded jump rings, Ball Bearing Swivel and coastlock terminal snap. As the flasher rotates, it imparts a lifelike swimming and darting action to all baits and lures, Please refer to the "HIGHLINER" package for recommended leader lengths for the different salmon species.
