The Chuck Hughes 5 L Round Pot offers a Dutch oven style of cooking by evenly distributing heat while retaining moisture. Great for braising and slow cooking, the enameled cast iron distributes and retains heat evenly. The cast iron lid has built-in dimples to help retain and redistribute moisture.
- This collection is Oven safe to 230°C/440°F
- Suitable for use with silicone, wood, nylon. Metal cookware tools can be used, but be careful not to scratch the enamel surface.
