Strawberry flavor Use RECOMMENDED USES Assists in muscle recovery by reducing muscle tissue damage associated with a resistance training program. Promotes (temporarily) endurance. Helps reduce fatigue and improve physical performance. RECOMMENDED DOSE Adult (oral): 1 dose, once daily. Mix the product well: 1 scoop in 400 ml of liquid (water, juice, etc) and consume with food or a meal. During training: Consume 10-25 minutes before your training session. Non-training day: Use as a coffee replacement during the day.
