The BCA Tracker S™ Avalanche Transceiver has the performance, ease of use and instantaneous real-time display of the Tracker3, without motion-sensing or upgradeable software, which are advanced features needed by snow professionals while in an avalanche area. This Backcountry Access beacon is used to find people while in an avalanche and prevent death or injury by locating the transceiver. Includes a harness and batteries.
- Boasts a reliable 457 kHz frequency for effective avalanche victim detection and location.
- Offers a maximum range of 55 meters and a wide 50-meter search strip width for comprehensive search coverage.
- Powered by AAA alkaline batteries, providing up to 250 hours in transmit mode or 50 hours in search mode after an initial 200 hours of transmit time.
