Use RECOMMENDED USES Used in herbal medicine as a bulk-forming laxative. Used in herbal medicine to promote bowel movement by increasing volume and water content. Used in herbal medicine to gently relieve constipation and/or irregularity. RECOMMENDED DOSE Adults and adolescents (13 years and older): 1 scoop twice daily. Effects are observed 12-24 hours after the first dose and may take 2-3 days. For each dose, drink (or mix with) at least 150 mL of liquid.
