CONTRAINDICATIONS Do not use if you suffer from a primary systemic L-carnitine deficiency or a secondary L-carnitine deficiency (inborn errors of metabolism) for which supplementation must be prescribed by a health professional. KNOWN SIDE EFFECTS Nausea, constipation, insomnia, agitation, headaches and dizziness have been reported. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a healthcare practitioner. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (transient nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps and diarrhea) were observed. Cases of overstimulation and/or insomnia have been reported. Discontinue use if symptoms persist or worsen. Low incidences of seizures have been reported with oral doses in individuals with or without pre-existing epileptic disorders.
