Use RECOMMENDED DOSE Adults: Take one vegecap in the morning and one at bedtime. Allow 6 to 12 hours for laxative effects to take effect. Do not use if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, existing or potential intestinal obstruction, lazy bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with loss of water and electrolytes or diarrhea. KNOWN ADVERSE REACTIONS Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, may occur after ingestion of psyllium. If this occurs, discontinue use. WARNINGS Do not use if safety cap is broken or missing.
