Use RECOMMENDED USES  Homeopathic remedy RECOMMENDED DOSE Adult (oral): 1 to 3 capsules, two to three times a day.For occasional use, take the capsules only when experiencing gas or bloating, following the recommended dosage on the label.For colon cleansing, the recommended dosage is 2 capsules, 3 times a day for 14 days.
