Use RECOMMENDED USES Natural remedy made with fresh, organically grown Echinacea, known to be 10 times more effective than dried herbs Provides relief from acute cold and flu symptoms Contains elderberry, rich in antioxidants Supports the immune system during times of stress, lack of sleep or for smokers. Extra-strength formula Can be taken daily for 4 months to prevent colds and flu Lactose and gluten free Vegan and not tested on animals 2 years and older RECOMMENDED DOSE Mix a single dose in warm water and drink. Adults (15 years and older) including pregnant or nursing women: Prevention: Take 5 mL, 2 times/day. Acute treatment: Take 5 mL, 3-4 times/day. Children (10-14 years): Give 2.5 mL, 3 times/day.
