Vegan Holiday Feasts

2019 will be the year veganism goes mainstream, according to The Economist. "Sales of vegan foods in America in the year to June 2018 rose ten times faster than food sales as a whole. Giant food firms are clambering onto the bandwagon, creating vegan lines of their own, buying startups, or both. McDonald's has started selling McVegan burgers."  A popular diet amongst celebrities such as Liam Hemsworth, Ellen De Generes, and Joaquin Phoenix. Jackie’s first book, Vegan Street Food (ISBN: 978-1-84975-650-1) has sold over 25,000 copies and was the winner of the Best Book Award in the PETA Vegan Food Awards 2016. Her second book My Vegan Travels was shortlisted for the Stanford's 'Food and Travel Magazine Travel Cookery Book of the Year 2017' award.
