Using world-leading techniques, our mussels are delivered for processing within mere hours of being plucked from their pure ocean environment. Once we're satisfied they meet our high standards, they're heat-treated and snap frozen to preserve their freshness and flavour. Nestled in their distinctive emerald green shell, these tender, meaty mussels differ naturally in colour with apricot (female) and cream (male) both having the same exquisite flavour.
