They set demands they believe are reasonable, and then blame the individuals when they fail to live up to them. #4 I was forced to confront the fact that I was doing a lot of foolish things because I was trying to understand and influence the government officials who had the power to change the rules. I realized that I needed to stop worrying about how not to seem like I was rubbing notaries in their faces, and just focus on the task at hand.
