Ulti is one of the Tobiroppo, which means Flying Six Fellows, found in the universe of the animated series, One Piece. Ulti is considered one of the strongest of the Beast Pirates as part of the Tobiroppo. Ulti has the power from the Ryu Ryu fruit, Model: Pachycephalosaurus, an Ancient-Zoan type Devil Fruit. This fruit power allows Ulti to transform between her human form, hybrid human-pachycephalosaurus form, and a full pachycephalosaurus form. She only transform into her full dinosaur form with opponent she takes seriously as that form usually causes extreme collateral damage.
