Our swim diaper will grow with your child. In addition to having a waterproof exterior, it includes two layers of bamboo to contain small messes.
Want to use it as training pants? Simply add the insert of your choice to the pocket! This diaper is perfect for enjoying the warmer months with baby.
Features:-The pocket diapers have two openings for easy insertion and washing.-Each La Petite Ourse diaper comes with two bamboo inserts.-The inside of the diaper is made of suede (100% polyester), providing a comfortable feel against baby's skin.-You can adjust your diaper properly thanks to the three rows of snaps located at the front of the diaper.-For children weighing 20-35 lbs.
Composition:Washable diaper: 100% polyester.Bamboo insert: 80% bamboo / 20% polyester.
Before first use:We recommend washing the diapers and inserts twice before their first use. This allows the fabric to have maximum absorbency and to get rid of any stitching that may have stuck during manufacturing.
Care:Storage: Close the Velcro flaps tightly after use. Place soiled diapers in a bucket (dry) or in a soiled diaper bag. Wash the diapers every 3 days. It is important not to rinse the diapers before storing them, and if you must rinse, lay out your cloth diaper afterward or wash them within 24 hours.-Note that it is not necessary to remove the inserts before washing; they will come out on their own through our two openings.-Do not soak the diapers. They must be kept dry.-A good storage system should not leave any odor.
Washing: Rinse in cold water to remove any stool residue. Next, run a regular wash cycle in warm or hot water with soap that doesn't contain fabric softener.- If your water is hard, skip a second rinse and use powdered detergent.- Don't overfill the washer; the diapers should be able to rub against each other.
Drying: The inserts can be tumble dried without any problems. You can also put the diapers in the dryer if you're careful not to handle them while they're hot and not to overdry them. This step tightens the threads and the polyurethane coating your outer fabric (waterproof membrane). We strongly recommend hanging your inserts and diapers out in the sun as often as possible, as the sun, in addition to being an excellent bleaching agent, also acts as an antibacterial agent.
