To prevent it from changing too much shape, pull on the ends to make it flat before drying it in the air or dryer.- Includes 2 parts. The small part can be used alone as soon as baby begins to make nights. Afterwards, you can replace the small insert by the longest (folded) to finally use the 2 inserts together when baby is bigger.-Wash the inserts twice before first use.
