Moong whole lentil

​These whole Moong beans can be eaten raw when sprouted, or could be eaten cooked with the skin on or off. But no matter how you prepare, moong dal is always tasty and an excellent source of valuable nutrients and protein. This dal is a great combination with chapattis.
