Place on a floured baking sheet and cover with plastic wrap. 3 - Let stand in a warm but not sunny spot until dough is room temperature and puffy, 2 to 3 hours.Countertop Instructions 1- Thaw dough balls in the original bag at room temperature for 6 hours. 2- Remove from bag, shape into a ball, and place on a floured baking sheet. 3- Cover with plastic wrap and let stand in a warm but not sunny spot until soft and puffy, 30 minutes to 1 hour.To Bake on a Stone 1- Place a pizza stone on a rack in bottom third of oven and heat to 550°F (or the highest your oven will reach) for 45 minutes. 2- On a floured surface, shape one piece of dough into a 13-to-14-inch round. Add sauce, toppings and cheese. Transfer to a floured pizza peel. Slide onto stone using a shimmy shove motion. Close door, then turn oven to broil. Bake, rotating once for even cooking, until edges are puffed and charred, toppings are cooked, and cheese is melted, 6 to 8 minutes. Let cool 2 to 3 minutes before serving.To Bake on a Baking Sheet 1- Place rack in the center of the oven and preheat to 500°F for at least 45 minutes. 2- Coat tray in olive oil. Shape dough and place on tray, add sauce, toppings and cheese. Bake until crust is evenly browned and the cheese is bubbling in center, 8 to 13 minutes. Do not broil.
