Megurine Luka, condnamed CV03, is the third installment of Character Vocal Series. Luka is a bit more unique than CV01 and CV02 as she has the first voice bank to be bilingual in both English and Japanese. Luka’s default attire is also different from the rest as it does no resemble a school uniform but a black dress with designs of brass and woodwind musical instruments.
