Little Duck

Simple text and a straightforward narrative will hold older babies’ attention and is perfect for readers who are transitioning to picture books.     By the same author in the All Natural series, there is also Little Squirrel, Little Owl and Little Fox.  The author/illustrator, Britta, was part of a group of illustrators who worked on Eric Carle’s What’s Your Favorite Bug? published by Henry Holt and Co. in 2019. Her illustration of The Egg (Prestel) received a special mention at the Bologna Ragazzi Awards and her German picture book Alle Wetter! (Jacoby & Stuart) was part of the 100 Outstanding Picturebooks exhibition at the 2018 Frankfurt Fair.
