Haday Superior Light Soy Sauce

Light soy sauce is made from fermented soy beans with wheat, water, salt and yeast. The light soy sauce is shortly ripened and is therefore lighter in color and taste, but more salty. Superior light soy sauce from Haday has a delicious soy taste because of its special composition.
