Genie Meanie

A young girl learns to stand up for herself and her best friend in this chapter book. This is a story about friendship, loyalty and inner strength. The main character, Kiara, is an eight-year-old Indian girl who would rather blend into the background than have to stand up to a bully. Her best friend is an eight-year-old Chinese boy, and they enjoy lighthearted banter about their cultural differences.
