Free from aluminium, lactose & gluten.120 Chewable Foamtabs®.Adults and adolescents ages 12 and over: chew 2-4 tablets up to 12 tablets daily.Children ages 6-11: chew 1-2 tablets up to 6 tablets daily.Doses should be separated by at least 2 hours.
