The beef ribeye is cut from the most tender part of the ribs; the middle of bones six and twelve. Since the ribeye is heavily marbled, it makes it one of the richest, tender, juiciest and beefiest of all cuts no matter how you make it or how it is cut. Beef Ribeye rolls are most commonly found in stew, hotpot, soups, etc because they bring out the flavour in each and every dish. Beef ribeyes are also extremely juicy because it absorbs flavour and as soon as you bite down on it, all the flavour explodes in your mouth.
