CONSTIPATION RELIEF. Directions ● Adults and children 12 years and older. 1 unit daily. Twist off and remove tip. Lubricate shaft with a few drops of the tube’s liquid.Also, apply liquid content or lubricant to the rectum before inserting the mini-enema. Lay on left side with knees bent.Alternatively, administer while seated on the toilet or kneel then bend forward. Insert tube slowly into rectum, with care to prevent damage to rectal wall, up to shoulder of tube. Squeeze to empty the contents. Keep tube squeezed while removing slowly. Discard tube.
