Strong Adhesion Base Coat secures nail lacquer for long lasting bond. Apply one coat to clean bare nails. Allow base coat to dry completely. Apply nail lacquer. For best results, finish with any China Glaze Topcoat. Butyl Acetate, Ethyl Acetate, Nitrocellulose, Phthalic Anhydride/Trimellitic Anhydride/Glycols Copolymer , Trimethyl Pentanyl Diisobutyrate, Isopropyl Alcohol, Sucrose Acetate Isobutyrate, Camphor, Etocrylene, Acrylates Copolymer, Violet 2 (CI 60725).
