Bathroom Fan Installation

The technician will:

• Turn off breaker to existing bathroom fan. Remove the grill cover for the existing unit and use a circuit break to ensure that the power is off.
• Remove existing bathroom fan hardware.
• Insert new housing (of applicable) by attaching brackets to ceiling joists using nails or screws.
• Connect new fan wires to home’s existing electrical circuit.
• Insert new grill for bathroom fan

What you need to know:

• Access to your attic may be required if there is one above the bathroom.
• If mould is discovered by the technician, the job will be stopped and the client will be asked to contact a specialized company to assist with cleaning and necessary remediation.
