Banana Leaves

Banana leaves are big, flexible, and waterproof. They share an odour to the meals that is cooked in or served on them; steaming with banana leaves reveal an indirect sweet flavor and aroma to the meals. The banana leaves are not eaten and are rejected after the food is eaten. Banana leaves adds taste, keep juices in and guard food from burning, equal as foil does.
